IICS provides a professional platform for industry stakeholders including logistics service providers, technology firms, manufacturers, exporters, importers, policymakers and government agencies. It offers an opportunity to network and exchange industry knowledge. The event features a comprehensive exhibition alongside a curated conference programme. All activities are conducted in a formal business environment with the objective of advancing trade, innovation and industry collaboration.

The Organisers reserve the right to modify event details or deny access to users who violate policies. Participation in IICS event is subject to approval and may involve fees. These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
The Organisers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event format, structure, or programme at their sole discretion. If the event is cancelled or suspended (wholly or partially) due to circumstances beyond the Organisers' control such as war, fire, natural disaster, labour unrest, civil disturbance or force majeure, the Organisers shall not be liable for any claims, losses or damages incurred by exhibitors, sponsors, delegates or other parties.

IICS collects limited personal data such as name, email and company details only to manage registrations, share event updates and improve your website experience. Your data is never sold and it is shared only with trusted partners when necessary and with consent. The Organisers use industry standard security measures to protect your information. All kind of bookings are strictly non-refundable. Delegate registrations are also non-refundable, however, transfer of delegate passes is permitted up to 60 days prior to the event. Such transfer requests must be communicated in writing via email to the organisers at sales@iicsexpo.co
In the event that IICS or any of its co-located events are postponed or cancelled by the organisers, Delegate Registration fees paid for a cancelled or postponed event will be carried forward to the rescheduled dates. For any support or queries, please contact the team at sales@iicsexpo.com.
Participation fees for exhibitors, sponsors or delegates vary based on category and package selection. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and are communicated transparently during the booking or registration process. IICS reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice. Early bird discounts and promotional rates are valid only during designated periods. The resale of tickets or delegate passes is strictly prohibited. Delegate registrations will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Partial payments and incomplete forms will not be accepted or processed.
