Yes, entry is absolutely free for all Trade Visitors. We strongly recommend pre- registering through our website to receive your e-Badge in advance for faster and hassle- free entry at the venue.

Yes, on-spot registration facilities will be available at the venue. However, we strongly recommend that visitors pre-register online in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle- free entry into the Bharat Mandapam exhibition complex.

Hall 3 & 4, Bharat Mandapam (formerly known as Pragati Maidan), New Delhi

The exhibition will take place at Hall No. 3 & 4, Bharat Mandapam (formerly known as Pragati Maidan), New Delhi.

The nearest metro station is Supreme Court Metro Station (Pragati Maidan) – Blue Line. Gate No. 10 provides the most convenient access from the metro station.

If you have already pre-registered, please proceed to either Gate No. 4 or Gate No. 10 upon arrival at the venue. Our team members will be stationed at both gates to assist you with issuing your visitor entry pass.

To ensure a smooth and quick entry process, please keep your e-badge / registration confirmation readily available on your mobile device or as a printed copy.

All attendees can enter through:
  • Gate No. 4 – Bhairon Marg Side
  • Gate No. 10 – Supreme Court Metro Station Side
  • Directional signage and help desks will be available at the venue for visitor assistance.

  • Gate No. 4 - This gate is located closer to the exhibition halls and is the recommended entry point for faster access.
  • Gate No. 10 (Metro Station Gate) - Complimentary shuttle service will be provided by the organizers for visitors and exhibitors between this gate to the exhibition hall.

Yes, the Delegate Pass is a paid pass and can be purchased online. Delegate Pass holders receive additional benefits including:
  • Access to conference sessions
  • Daily Networking lunch
  • Access to the Networking Lounges

The exhibition will be open on all show days from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visitor registrations and entry counters will open from 9:30 AM onwards.

Yes, paid parking facilities are available at Bharat Mandapam for visitors and exhibitors. Parking is available at Basement Level which can be accessed via Bhairav Mandir Road or Ring Road

Visitors can show their e-Badge or registration QR code on their mobile device and can collect the printed badge at the venue.

Yes, food courts, cafeterias and refreshment counters will be operational within the venue premises.
